Research areas include biomechanics, triboelectric nanogenerators (TENG) and integrated circuit equipment, mainly engaged in research on human-device matching, flexible self-driving sensors and multi-physics coupling design of integrated circuit equipment process chambers, carrying out experiments, theoretical and applied research work.
