Teaching work

Carry out SRT projects and undergraduate comprehensive thesis training for human-device matching, flexible self-driving sensors and breathing regulation.

Areas of Research Interests/ Research Projects

Research areas include biomechanics, triboelectric nanogenerators (TENG) and integrated circuit equipment, mainly engaged in research on human-device matching, flexible self-driving sensors and multi-physics coupling design of integrated circuit equipment process chambers, carrying out experiments, theoretical and applied research work. Responsible for/participating in the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Science and Technology Commission Forefront Innovation, National Key Research and Development, and National Science and Technology Special Projects.
