Areas of Research Interests/ Research Projects

Studies are conducted based on the theory of magnetic fluids and their applications, mainly involving the flow and heat transfer mechanisms of magnetic fluids, the thermal storage of magnetic fluids, the magnetic fluids seal and the theory of their seal failure, magnetic fluids rotating seal, magnetorheological fluids and their applications, etc. Our Research interests include but are not limited to magnetic fluids, magnetorheological fluids, porous medium, Lattice Boltzmann methods, thermal storage, heat and mass transfer, enhanced oil recovery, polymer flooding, etc.
